Rules for Renters of By The Sea Condominiums

• No pets are allowed by renters.  Unit  owners are permitted to have a certain size pets in their units.
• All persons renting units are required to make a secruity deposit at the time of rental.  This is typically handled on a credit card.  Upon leaving By The Sea, ask for an inspection and your deposit will be returned immediately.
• The person making the rental is usually required to be at least 25 years old.
• Feeding of birds from balconies is prohibited.
• Bagged trash should be left outside the door of the unit (not in the elevator area).Any other trash will not be picked up and should be deposited directly in the dumpster by renters.  
• All units are non-smoking.   
• Vehicle license numbers of renters and guests must be registered with front desk at time of check-in.
• The condominium by-laws prohibit either owners, renters or guests from engaging in illegal activities on the property.
