Rules for Renters of By The Sea Condominiums

• NO pets are allowed by renters.   
• All persons renting units are required to make a security deposit at the time of rental.  Upon departure, the condo will be inspected and your deposit will be returned shortly thereafter provide the condo was left in the manner in which it was found. We understand people need their funds returned quickly.   
• The person making the rental is usually required to be at least 25 years old.
• Feeding of birds from balconies is prohibited.
• Bagged trash should be left outside the door of the unit (not in the elevator area).Any other trash will not be picked up and should be deposited directly in the dumpster by renters.  
• All units are non-smoking.   
• The condominium by-laws prohibit either owners, renters or guests from engaging in illegal activities on the property.
