The By The Sea Galveston Condo Rental Association offers you a variety of floor plans. No matter what type of vacation home you seek – couples or families wanting a quick getaway or persons wanting longer term rentals that provide holiday living as a way of life – then there is sure to be a condo rental unit you will love at By The Sea. Our units are fully furnished and contain a fully equipped kitchen. Coin operated laundry facilities are available 24 hours a day.

Our private swimming pool is surrounded by a tropical gardens area and offers all residents a pool-side grill area that is the center of many social activities. Nearby, there is ample free parking  available to guests that bring their own boats or water sports equipment. Our regulation size tennis court is available to all guests and there is an area available to secure bicycles that can be rented from numberous vendors around the Island.  The bottom line - By The Sea condos is an ideal place to relax and to enjoy the best of what Galveston Island has to offer visitors of all ages.   

Units are available for the weekend, for the week and for long-term rental (monthly).  The weekend and weekly rates are subject to tax while the monthly rates offer the advantage of being tax free.  The floor plans can be found on the floor plan tab of this page.

  Each condominium unit is fully-furnished.

• Living Room: Central heating/ac with individual controls and private patio balcony with a panoramic view of the Gulf. Color cable TV, DVD’s, and more (see Floor Plans section).
• Bedroom and Bath: Twin, full, queen or king beds. Bedding, linens and towels furnished. Our 2 bedroom, 2 bath units cover more than 1000 sq. ft. Efficiency units cover more than 750 sq. ft.
• Fully-Equipped Kitchens: Microwave, coffee ,maker, pots and pans, dishes and silverware.
• Swimming pool, tennis court and coin-operated laundry provided. Security on premises 24 hours.
• Movie theatre and restaurants are neraby.
• Maid service available (for additional charge - contact 409-740-1600)
• Free Parking. Great for boats and RVs.
• Free local telephone service.
• Free daily trash removal.
• Laundry facilities available on the first floor.
• Sorry! No pets in rental units.
• Rental units are non-smoking.
