Tips when renting....While each condo is individually owned each rental includes all linens and towels and clean-up after departure.  All rentals are NOT what they seem and certainly you have viewed beautiful properties….ours are very well maintained and the condo building is a quiet, relaxing place in which to enjoy your vacation!  Beware of listings that state “beach or water view”.  Our condo offers 100% UNOBSTRUCTED VIEWS OF NOTHING BUT BEAUTIFUL WATER, SKY!  Beware of “hidden charges”…ask for a total price!  We provide such initially!

Directions:
I-45 South to Galveston take the 61st street exit. Follow 61st to Seawall Boulevard. Turn Right and travel ½ mile, By the Sea is located on your right at 7310 Seawall Blvd.
